  Had a great lunch here with my family. The service is great, the staff is friendly and the location is great as there is a lot of other shopping to be had nearby. A nice break from a busy day of shopping and meeting up with the family!!

  If I could, I would give this restaurant a ZERO rating. Went on Sunday Night - June 11th and have never had such poor service as we had there. Not only was the service extremely poor but one person ended up violently sick a few hours after eating there. Have been coming to this restaurant for over 8 years now and have never experienced this from them before.
  Took over 35 minutes to finally get our order. The section we were sitting in had several tables full. The waitress kept getting everyone's orders mixed up. She came back to our table 3 times before she finally came back to our table with half of the order correct. One person got to eat after 35 minutes and the other one had to wait another 10 minutes before their correct order came in - unbelievable! People arriving quite a bit of time after us, were getting served their food before us. People all around us were so fed up and we all got to know each other well as we all had so much wasted time on our hands waiting for the correct orders to arrive.
  When it finally came time to settle the bill, our amounts on the bills were wrong and not even what we had ordered! She couldn't even remember what we or some of the other couples had ordered and had to redo everyone's bills over a few time. One couple gave up and just paid what ever was on the bill as the gentleman said it wasn't worth the time or the effort to correct her a third time and just paid it and left and said to everyone we should have just gone and ended at Scores instead and avoided this sorry mess and we so so agreed with him.
  When we settled up the bill, she apologized for all her mistakes and said she was still new at working in a restaurant - as if we hadn't noticed!! - and then she said she had been there 3 weeks - yikes! If she doesn't have it down after 3 weeks, she will never get it. Don't think we will be going here again - will go up the street on Innes to the Swiss Chalet instead or Scores.

  Fast friendly service, the odd mix up on orders and sometimes slow service at off peak times, relatively good spot to go if you're craving Swiss Chalet though!
