  A normal gigantic bulk grocery store. They give out free cookies to kids under 11, so hey, at least most kids are happy. Only concern is that the staff seemed bored, and don't usually care when you have a problem.

  The experience was nice. But the quality of the Red Skin potato salad was atrocious. The taste was bland and the potatoes were under cooked and hard. I also bought the macaroni salad was not impressed either. I won't be purchasing Ziggys salads again. Very disappointed. I wasted $8.00 on that garbage.

  The food is good and they offer free cookies to children under 11 years of age. All of the food is good, but the staff is usually unhappy. Besides that it is your usual grocery store.

  The store is clean and organized most of the time. BUT, majority of the staff are unfriendly, unmotivated, and want nothing to do with serving customers. Looks like they are there just for a paycheque to do the bare minimum. Other than this store being helped as a major brand store in the Loblaws family, the shopping experience is tolerable. Know what you want, find it (hopefully), buy it, ignore the bad vibes from the employees, and get out. If I were upper management I would be really concerned. I'm happy to see their competition offering a better shopping experience in the area and I am shopping at those stores more often. Low prices and loyalty rewards will go so far.

  I called Loblaws on Mcarthur asking for a birthday cake to be made in the same day for a pick up 5 hours ahead, they said they couldn't. The earliest they could get it done was Saturday so I called Superstore and spoke with a man named Rocky who was really kind and had no problem with my cake order. When I arrived, he even asked me what color trim I had wanted. Keep in mind that this cake was for over 8 people and had a picture of the tv characters from Paw Patrol. Big thanks to Rocky in the bakery department!
