  I'm buying my coffee on this branch every morning, and must say they have outstanding customer service! My coffee fell off more then one time, and they offered me a free one instead! Thanks!!!

  The staff here are very friendly but don't seem to be able to keep "traffic" moving. Excellent service, excellent drinks, but need to have more staff where the bottleneck is at the time. The store layout is also the worst if there is a lineup to place an order.

  Always 4-5 dudes with their stupid iPads sitting there for 6 hours . Can't ever get a seat always cramped. They need to have some kinda time limit or these people need to go to the f@&king library. It's a business not a daddy day care
