  Good food but don't order for delivery. They accepted my order online then called to try to tack on a fee plus refused to honor the 2 plate special. Worth it but only on pick up.

  Most disgusting shawarma I've ever had. The man wasn't friendly at all and kept mentioning that he's closing even though it was 30 minutes until 5. The chicken was cold and he left the shawarma on the grill for not even a full 5 seconds. There wasn't enough hummus so he scrapped the dry hummus off the sides of the container. Don't go here out of all shawarma joints in Ottawa.

  I've been going to this place since they opened. They old staff were great, always polite and always filled the containers to the brim (we always order the family platter). Over the past year or so the portions have drastically decreased, prices have increased (from $27 to $35 for the family platter) and the staff are incredibley unfriendly. I visited this establishment last night and got barely enough food to feed my family of four, and one of them is a toddler. Will not be returning.

  Absolutely THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've had in a restaurant in 20yrs!!! I bought food for the family June 3, 2017 cost of over 30$.
  Watched the cook serve customers before me but DOESN'T CHANGE HIS GLOVES.
  Same cook USES THE KNIFE TO TURN ON ROTARY MEAT MACHINE.
  
  Got home to start eating with my family, opened the bag and there was a DIRTY LATEX GLOVE IN THE FOOD, HALF INSIDE OUT.
  
  I went back to politely ask to have the food re-made and the dirty, no hygiene, jackass of a cook RAISES HIS VOICE AND WANTS TO FIGHT ME!!!
  
  POOR AND UNCLEAN FOOD CONDITIONS, IGNORANT AND AGGRESSIVE STAFF....AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
