  LIVID! Been coming to this location for a years and was treated very rudely today by a cashier I haven't seen before (older white male, very pale, no eyebrows) He seemed adamant to get my order done quickly without listening to a thing I said! I told him I wanted to pick my own Timbits and he ignores and tells me to pay up instead! I try and try and he ignores me in-front of all the other customers as if what I want doesn't matter. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AND WILL MAKE SURE MY FAMILY DOESN'T EITHER! I will also contact the head to further this complaint because it was totally unacceptable. I own a business and I know damn well how to treat customers!

  - They have accused me a few times of not specifying my order when I've repeated it twice. I see them trying to put on the sauce when I've already told them about my allergies, so I tell them again as they are making my sandwich that I do not want sauce, but they say I should have said so when ordering. As stated before, I said it twice (and sometimes even more).
  
  - My order has never been mixed up before, but they have, on occasion, made my wraps very poorly. If it was during the rush hours, then it could be excused. Sadly, this was never the case. I've had my wraps half torn open more than a few times, and no way of eating it without the insides spilling out. At first I brushed it off but now it's just getting ridiculous.
  
  My personal conclusion; I'm never coming back here again, I've had it.

  This is our local 'Timmies' and it is as good as any other with the possible exception that they do not seem to keep a great selection of different varieties of doughnuts.
