  Day and midnight shift staff mon-fri are great. The evening and all weekend shifts are the pitts for service.

  Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Almost every day they make me wait 15-25 minutes before I get my food. The coffees are usually just sitting there behind the counter getting cold as well. The staff has a lot of attitude and don't treat me very nice at all. I'm a super patients person but going to that McDonald's makes me so angry and unhappy. I do not understand why it takes that long or why the staff is so mean. Never going there again.

  The relatively new touchscreens for customers to order their own food is good and bad. It’s great if you know what you want and have done it a few times. It’s bad if you are behind someone who struggles with technology or just takes too long to order things.
  
  As well if the machine runs out of paper and you don’t get an order number it can be an issue. Depending on the time of night the staff can be so busy putting orders together that you have an issue actually getting their attention to tell them there isn’t any paper in the machine.
  
  When I finally flagged an employee they kindly told me my order number, which was great but didn’t bother refilling the machine and more customers started going through the same issue.
  
  At times the staff are so busy that they really don’t check the customer receipt showing their order number as I saw my order number disappear from the screen but I had yet to receive my food. When I called over an employee they looked puzzled as they thought they had already given me my food, which makes me think that they could be potentially giving people food that they may not have paid for.
  
  There have been many times were there are a lot of younger teenagers hanging around and at times floating around the area were the food is handed out. I think they have one order a small item off the menu during a busy rush and when food is served they grab whatever food they can, claiming it as theirs. So, the staff should check receipt numbers more carefully before handing out the orders.
  
  As for the food, it’s McDonald's and always delicious but there are times I get upset with my takeout orders because I get a large French fry container that is half full and don’t notice until I get home! My own fault for not checking before I leave the parking lot.

  They are always slow. Fries are always over cooked and burgers are stale. When you ask for fresh food the staff look at you like your asking for too much. I've been going to this McDonald's since 1990 before it moved down the street to its current location. The service has gotten worse. They have no idea what customer service is.
