  First time visit with 4 teenage boys. We loved the food - was to die for. Meals were perfect. I had a special request for my food & they were able to accommodate me. Service was fast & server was a sweetheart. Prices are very reasonable. Will return anytime I'm in the Ottawa area.

  Where to start: the bathrooms were dirty, which is usually a sign that the restaurant is bad. And it was. Sorry to say because previous experiences of Kelsey's in this exact location were good. Our server, to her credit, tried hard to be attentive with drink orders and what not -- but the atmosphere was cold. It didn't help that we were seated right under an air conditioning vent, which was blasting cold air full on. The menu was complicated, not an easy read...
  We had a solid 45 minute wait from the time our food orders were placed, to the time the food arrived! In observing other tables, we noticed that ours was not the only slow order; everyone was treated to slow cooking from the kitchen. When the food arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. We thought of sending it back, but didn't want to wait another lengthy period to get... what? The cost of the food is not good value for what you get - e.g. $15.29 for a burger and fries, plus an additional $0.99 for a slice of Swiss cheese that wasn't even on the burger; no extras on the plate like a pickle or a small coleslaw.
  Overall, the experience was totally disappointing; we will not go back to Kelsey's again, nor would we recommend it to anyone.

  Restaurant has become stingy. Used to love the chicken fingers, went six weeks ago and they were great. Went on the weekend and they were half the size. Paid $12 for 5 tiny dry chicken fingers. Mentioned to waitress, she shrugged. they used to give three dipping sauces, now you get one and it's not even enough for the minuscule portion. drinks seemed watered down. One person only got 10-12 fries with their order. Waitress was apathetic when we said something.

  I've been going to Kelsey's for a couple of years with my family because the service is amazing and the food is consistly great.
  
  They have a delicious plate to entice everyone's taste. It is cooked to perfection and your night is set if you get served by Jamie or Ally.
  
  As previously mentioned there's something for everyone and the same goes to the sitting area. Whether it's a large good, a romantic dinner or you're going solo you will absolutely enjoy yourself.
  
  They staff works hard and fast to please everyone, the ambience at Kelsey's is amazing.

  The place has lost it's touch and five customers!!! For a Saturday evening (8:00) the place was half full. The menu was downsized, the prices have skyrocketed and the portions have taken a nose dive. I had their Serious Chicken Ceasar Salad for 15.00 served on the smallest bowl I've seen. The paper thin chicken was dry, artificial bacon bits, I counted 5 croutons and the salad portion was not nearly what it used to be. Seriously? My guest had the fish and ships. The batter was over cooked, the fries were soggy and greasy. My other guest ordered the "Ultimate Bacon and Cheese what looked like dog food served with the smallest order of oily, soggy kettle chips I've seen. The ice tea was bland and seemed watered down, the soft drink was flat. We'll definitely not going back.
