  Service was good, unfortunately when I went today and asked for the new Italiano Grilled Bagel with the wedge fries they had no fries... at 11:30, right before lunch? They also didn't make the bagel right. It was missing the spinach and the sauce wasn't the same as the 2 other times I've had this sandwich recently.
  
  Quite disappointed. :(
  
  Been there before for breakfast and everything was spot on. Not sure why lunch today was bungled.

  This is the worst Tims ever. Been going there for 5 years and lately one lady keeps messing up order. Spoke to the manager 2 twice nothing was done. So after like the fifth time getting screwed up order I made a live video about the service level and I was banned when they banned me I was told the district manager banned me, but after speaking to him he said he didn't ban me and that he doesn't have that power, So I went back and now after a week I was banned again for absolutely nothing. Ben going to tims for at least 20 years never a prob at any location and this is how I am treated its disgusting
