  didn't think that a McDonalds could be this bad. I thought customer service was suppose to be fast and friendly, this place was the worst McDonald I been to. I had to wipe down my own table to sit down at. The drink area was a complete mess ketchup everywhere and straws everywhere. The garbage's looked like they haven't been emptied in days and the food trays were stacked so high on the garbage's at least 30 of them. There was food and garbage on the ground looked like no one has swept the floors weeks and the girl making fries was playing with her hair NEAR FOOD!! and don't get me started on the employees and manager there I ordered a kids hamburger happy meal with nothing on it except ketchup and a McChicken with no mayo. and I received a kids hamburger meal with pickles mustered and onions and no ketchup and also a mcchicken with mayo on it. as I brought it back up I told this is not what I ordered and she replied "yah it is" as I replied could I get these remade she said "no". And when I told them they should sent someone out to clean she laughed in my face and said nothing. so I haven't eaten and my child haven't eaten we left out food because it wasn't made the way we asked. DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION

  Im a picky eater so i ask for extra or less of whatever often. This mc donalds got my order 100% perfect. Amazing staf and service.

  When I came here this week, I noticed almost all the girls did not have hair nets. The girl that served me was in blue sweat pants and another staff member was working in no uniform at all, she was wearing blue jeans and a light grey t-shirt and her hair was down. she was preparing my fries. So this made me worry that there would be hair in my food. My mother said something about that. When one of the staff members approached her about it. I heard her say to the staff member in annoyance "get out of here"...
  They forgot to give me my drinks with my meal, they did the same to another person there. Then they forgot to give us a tray for the drinks. My fries were only half way full. When I asked for Big Mac sauce, the girl looked annoyed when getting it. She put in a cup but didn't put a lid on it. I had to ask. Then once I went to get my drinks there was a soggy burger with coke on it, and garbage the counter. Once I got home I notice my coke was mostly water. I couldn't even drink it.
  Don't think I'll be coming back to this McDonalds anytime soon.
  
  WOW! Went back two months later! And it's dirtier then ever!!! ALL the tables were dirty. Food on the floors, counters were dirty, no straws, no napkins and spilt drinks. There also was a pile of gross stuff in the middle of the store that looked like baby poop...

  My wife accidentally threw out an envelope of money and when she asked to look through the garbage for it they told her she couldn't go look and that they couldn't bring it back out front. Then I went and talked to the manager, and she was very dismissive and offered no help whatsoever. Garbage management leads to garbage employees.
