  A small cozy place good for a quick bite, near a decent parking lot of Rideauview Mall. Two gas stations are just around the corners. Clean and very functional.

  Worst run Tim Horton's in all of Ottawa! Their staff seem are extremely slow. The line ups are out the door and they don't even have a drive through. I'm sorry but making coffee and bagels isn't rocket science, I think they need actual training and a manager that actually cares!

  Smaller selection of food up front (donuts, cookies, muffins, bagels,you etc) it is a smaller location, no drive-thru Staff has always been very friendly and usually quick.
