  Their food, especially their fajitas, are always excellent. No one does better and fresher flour tortillas than the Lone Star. They've thankfully have toned down the annoying "hey y'all​ partner, yeehaw, my name is Buffalo Slim" schtick they had a few years ago. Staff agreed. Definitely a good place to go with friends and family for a casual moderate priced dining experience.

  We had the fajitas they come with a mixture of sauteed onions and peppers but it was mostly onions, also add sauteed mushrooms with just tasted like vinager and where over priced. Could have been just a bad night but i will not be back for a bit

  Lone Star - one of my all time favourite eateries. The food and service is and always has been superb! Unfortunately, they have been steadily jacking up their prices over the past few years, to the point where it's no longer a good value. In 2014 the Steak fajitas for 2 were $29.49. The current price is $41 (a 39% increase in under 3 years)! I wish my salary went up that fast! Along with these price increases, the portion sizes have *decreased*. In fact, the menu used to list the fajita portion sizes (fajitas for 2 included 1/2 lb. chicken or steak). That information has now mysteriously disappeared from the menu.
  
  Finally (this was the last nail in the coffin for me), be prepared to pay extra for the chips and salsa - they're no longer complimentary! I had been a regular customer at Lone Star for over 15 years, but today there is much better value to be found elsewhere.

  This used to be a great spot! But when we went in, the place was pretty empty. It was a bad sign. It was a Thurs night and it is usually busy at 6pm.
  
  It has gone downhill since I was last here. They charge 1$ for each bowl of chips. The fajitas were so-so (which is their specialty). And I ordered a steak which came out very rare ... almost blue and the worst part is that it wasn't a very good grade ... very tough and chewy.
  
  Service was still ok. Maybe a little slow.
  
  On the overall, our two tables were very disappointed in the visit.
