  Called and attempted to place an order... The call rep put me on hold until the calling hours were over. I was son hold for 20mins. When she asked me to hold for a moment. Super pissed and now hungry.... Your call reps are awful. Will not be calling back.

  Great atmosphere but slow service. Appetizers are amazing but the chicken dinner is tasteless.

  Went twice and was disappointed both times. The chicken poutine is awful, they don't know how to make fries. The chicken dinner is smaller and more expensive than most restaurant of the same kind and their chicken gravy is the worst I've tasted. Waste of money. Service is fine.

  Best customer service ever! I had placed an order online and it glitched out showing me it was processed and being made but with no confirmation number or email... So I had no idea if it was actually being made it not. I tried for over an hour calling the toll free number customer service line and NO ONE picked up. No one. So at my wits end wondering if my visa would be charged for an unfinished order... long passed when my supposed 'order' was said to be delivered, I tried calling the nearest restaurant (this one) to see if they could help. It wasn't even their job to assist with failed online orders but they took my info, and took my order down quickly and got it delivered super fast. When a staff member showed up to deliver it he even showed the scrawled writing that was the order I said over the phone. I don't even think or know if they were the restaurant to deliver in my area (though they weren't far). But they went out of the way to get me what I asked for super fast. It wasn't there fault the franchise website and phones were down but they fixed my issue. And I'm so appreciative. 1000 stars. My full belly thanks you.
