  Over all the food was enjoyable...but the rice was tasteing of cinnemon...even though I got the white vegetable rice ans not cinnemon....The meat was good, pitta, garlic, salad was all amazing. I loved the potatoes...just the rice I had an issue with. Untill we found a piece of plastic in one of our meals. Both got the beef shawarma plate. I was then searchinf through my food for the rest of the meal. The staff was kinda friendly..
  They were rushing me alot. My first time there and I was curious on the difference as I only ever had gone to Mr Shawarma. And I got looks about wanting more tomatoes, and wanting spicey garlic instesd of hummus. The one big guy who looks to be running the place was pushy. I didnt get exactly what I wanted. I would recomend for a quick wrap...but not a plate. Il stick to Mr Shawarma for plates.

  This is my new favorite spot in Ottawa for shawarma. Food was perfect. Generous portions and clean store. Staff is very nice.

  Horrible customer service. The guy that served me didn't ask what toppings I wanted and just quickly put all of them on. It's common courtesy to ask. I'm allergic to some of the vegetables he already put on my plate. He got angry that i should've told him before but how could I when he quickly put them on.
  
  Very mediocre and extremely oily food. It's also overpriced with small portions. Save your money. There's other shawarma places that are way better than this one.

  The service ranges from ok to extremely rude. I have seen some of their staff behave in very disrespectful manner to each other and to their customers. The food was good but the service was very bad on multiple visits

  The food is great no complaints there! Theres this one larger guy with a beard and glasses and he's been a jerk to me every time i go and eat there, he always gives me attitude and i hope he gets fired. He shouldn't be working in costumer service. Its always an uncomfortable experience when i see him there and order.
