  Great tuna crudo and burrata to start. Had the fennel sausage bucatini and squid ink tuna prosciutto meatball rigatoni, both amazing! Great service too.

  What a fantastic little restaurant. Went for buck-a-shuck oysters and they were delicious. Also had the truffle tuna and it was quite possibly one of the best dishes I've ever had. The cocktails were a hit and the dessert donuts left a lasting impression. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because though the complimentary bread and bacon butter was delicious the piece we got had a hair baked into it. No big deal, it happens. But we both got a mouth full of hair at the same time.. We mentioned it to the server and asked for new bread but there was none left. We are both pretty low matinence so didn't make a big deal about it. But I was expecting some sort of kickback on the bill.. There wasn't any. Still tipped above 20% because other than that the service was superb. Will definitely be back.

  Supply and Demand is always wonderful. I often go for the Sunday Buck a Shuck oysters. They have wonderful seafood options and the menu changes frequently. I would not recommend this place for a cheap night out or for anyone who has a big appetite. There are only 2 main dishes to choose from and someone who likes lots of options would not enjoy this. The service can be slow at times.

  Had a lovely dinner experience at Supply and Demand. This restaurant is a casual, upscale spot with an open kitchen.
  
  We were offered complimentary bread with bacon butter that was a little oily but very lovely. We ordered an excellent bottle of Pouilly Fume, that I recommend to anyone who visits. We shared appetizers and each ordered our own mains. Overall, we enjoyed everything we ate. The cod and Brussels sprouts stood out. The pasta was probably the least enjoyable. It was served lukewarm and tasted too strongly of rosemary. I would skip it next time.
  
  Service was very attentive. Our water was refilled often and they kept checking in on us.
