  Good luck finding out where your pizza is when it is over an hour late. They transfer you to a call center that can't provide any help but can take your name and number. No one calls you though.

  We just visited this location for the lunch time buffet and it was horrible! The staff was not friendly, in the hour that we were there NO ONE cleaned off our table, no one offered to refill our drinks. The only thing on the buffet that was hot was the marinara sauce. Everything else was luke-warm or cold. I will never visit this location again! Ughhh just terrible

  Dirty. No plates at the buffet, or for for that matter. When a lady complained to staff and politely asked for food and plates she got a scornful, sarcastic reply. The food was subpar as well. Another repeat of
  bad customer service. Found the same shortcomings at the Orleans location as well. This was the last time that I will eat at pizza hut.

  Environment is quite.
  Super clean and service is good. They serve food on the tables.
