  One of the cleanest McDonalds you will ever visit. I like the "bring to your table" service (when they ask). Only complaint would be how some cashiers don't know how to deal with phone coupons. Some insists you swipe other don't care as long as they see it. Coupons are applied differently from one cashier to the next. Same order, price can vary by as much as $4. Still a good deal when coupons are available otherwise overpriced.

  Came in this morning for a coffee . 15 people in line figured it would go fast but only ONE cash register open . No one bothered to open another as more people kept coming in . McDonald's may have better coffee than Tim Hortons but worse service .

  Waiting over 30 minutes for a very basic order (Happy meal and big Mac meal) is not acceptable. Order was input wrong and I was initially overcharged as well. This location is a complete disaster. We stopped for the "fast" food, not fine dining. They failed miserably on that count and did not offer any kind of compensation for taking 1/2 hour of my busy life. Never left a review anywhere before but I felt compelled in this case.

  Always slow and ALWAYS screwing up our order. Usually missing an item from the bag. All I ask is that they don't put cheese on my sandwich. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake it (it's just ONE sandwich!) and listen to a kitchen employee argue with the front staff about my sandwich after I watched him screw up 3 times resulting in a long wait-time on my sandwich. I work in fast food and would never accept that kind of back talk from my employees. Seriously, it's just a piece of cheese that you don't have to put on.
  
  I have submitted 2 complaints to head office and received replies to both stating the store manager would be made aware of the situation and would talk to staff but that has clearly never happened or the staff just don't care. Came up with my own solution; never return to this location. Too long of a wait for unacceptable quality of food and service.

  Consistently the worst McDonald's customer service I have had the displeasure of experiencing.
  
  I work nearby and every time I've thought to give this place another chance they have only shown me that they are incapable of taking a basic order with the drive through. Literally. They will ignore you and you will sit there next to the speaker and watch as the other lane just cruises on by. Not just one or two cars, many.
  
  Today four cars drove past me before I just gave up and drove up to the first window since I was lucky enough to be at the head of the line for a change instead of trapped between waiting cars. When I asked the staff member at the window what was going on she explained that there are two people manning the lanes, one per side.
  
  My experiences with other McD's has always been one person manning the drive through. I guess this isn't the case for everywhere although the only ones I go to are always busy in the mornings and lunch times and are on busy streets). Maybe it's not the case for every hour (ie lunch rush). Whatever is going on here, management needs to get their act together.
  
  This place is not worth the hassle and I'm done with it.
