  I will never give them my business again. Appalling rude service. We had ordered online via skip the dishes and when we arrived said with a smile that we were there to pickup an orde we'd placed online, the staff looked uncertain and the manager came out and brusquely said "I need the code. You have to give me the code!" We asked what he meant and he repeated he could only give the order to the driver who had the code and we would have to phone the website and get them to give us the code, etc. He was practically yelling. We pulled up our order confirmation and asked again what code they wanted - the one marked authorization code or ISO code or what?. The staff at the counter stared at us coldly and said "I know the code. You have to tell me the code." Finally we had to phone our family member at home who placed the order and have him speak to the staff, who, after several minutes of being cold and unhelpful and arguing, finally agreed that it was okay for us to take the order. even after it was sorted out the staff remained stone-faced and offered no apology. He just pushed the food toward us and said "here." It was our first time ordering from them and using skip the dishes. Perhaps the restaurant is having problems with skip the dishes orders and are frustrated with the service. But that is no excuse to be rude and belligerent to customers! If we hadn't already paid I would have walked out and ordered from somewhere else that actually wanted our business! As it is, I will never visit this shawarma prince location ever again. Which is unfortunate because the food was actually very good.

  Awesome Food! Not only are the plates extremely generous (perfect for two) but the food is great. Always fresh the spice on the salad is the best. Would recommend over any pheromones place in the Ottawa area. I've been to most and they are the best hands down.

  Worst shawarma I have ever had. Garlic sauce has 0 kick and I got extra. Veggies have no crunch, pita wasent on grill long enough. Potatoes are tasteless and cold. 0 flavour throughout my entire plate.

  The younger staff are not really professional, I had to tell the guy multiple times what I wanted and he still messed it up. Also they rush your meal making it very sloppy, and most the times don't leave the pita on grill long enough to get cooked or crispy. A few times I get home and take a bite to find out its a cold pita that was straight out of the bag. The woman who works during the lunch hour is very friendly, but at night when the managers arent there it seems to fall apart.
