  If you have ever wondered what waiting 45 minutes for a pitcher of beer feels like, then come on down to Local Heroes restaurant during a Sens game. While waiting for your crisp beverage to be served, take a seat and enjoy the ambiance of broken arcade games, grungy old men harassing women and bathrooms that have not been cleaned since Tupac was alive.

  Me and my roommates have been coming here since we moved into the area and discovered the joint. This was about 4-5 years ago now so I'd like to think we where regulars at this point.
  
  The food is always good, I love there beef ribs and the roommates love the poutine and hamburgers. Can't go wrong with any of the meals! The food is almost always super good, filling and served in a timely manner by friendly attentive staff! We always come out full and satisfied, sometimes with left overs but even that tastes good the second time around!
  
  Despite going to other locations and trying new spots out we always come back for more. The food, the prices, the friendly atmosphere, the great staff, the deals, just everything about the Local Heroes makes us comfortable and happy.

  Will always feel a bit like home to me when it comes to sports. Nobody is going to be blown away by a night at local heroes, but I'm also never disappointed. Solid spot.

  Came in with a Groupe of 10 so i can understand waiting. But dish was served cold, eggs were overcooked, McDonald's style hash browns were very greasy. Bacon was fatty. Toast was ok. Only one coffee refill. Waitress looked harassed and got orders mixed-up​.
