  I would have to back again to really judge but after 2 visits we have not enjoyed the overpriced food. Nice looking interior but the staff was not warm nor personable (not happy staff)....they have kids eat free on some nights but once again, the food needs some flavor added.

  Food is ok, doesn't stand out but not bad either. Same level of quality as other chains like Jack Astors or East Side Marios. A bit expensive for portion size. Cheap meals like hamburgers/fries are good size, but seafood portions are tiny.

  I will definitely start off by saying I will never return to this location. I decided to treat a friend to lunch not too long ago and we chose this location. At first, nobody acknowledged our existence even though they weren't busy. Waitress finally seated us and this is where the horrible horrible service began. The passive, condescending demeanour of this waitress was completely oft putting. My friend had asked a question about an item on the menu and was told to "read the menu". Any time the waitress would leave us and go behind the wall which separated the dining room, we would have not one but two other waitresses look over and snicker. It does not take a genius to understand that clearly the waitress had an issue with us. I do not want to play the ethnicity/race card but we were definitely the only minority in that dining section and she had no issues greeting and checking up on the other customers politely. When we were finished our meals, she was nowhere to be found so I politely called over the other waitress who was dealing with the next table as she was walking away and I was not treated any better. She proceeded to answer me from a good couple feet away instead of walking over with an attitude problem. I told her I need my waitress and she walked off to call her. At this point i just wanted the bill and to get out of there, as I was paying I asked the waitress if there was an issue, and low and behold she played the shocked role like everything was okay. I told her you put me in a very hostile situation that I could not enjoy my meal. We paid and swore off this location and have told our family and friends to never eat there. Get some sensitivity training for your servers so they know how to deal with customers.

  Had the steak and salmon. Steak was ordered medium rare, come out closer to well done. Salmon came raw in the middle. Our server was accomodating, but just for quality of food we probably won't be coming back.

  I've always loved Kelsey's but latley it seems to be going downhill. The menu is changing a lot, and not for the better. Prices are going up too. Overall it's a good place to eat, but defiantly not a first choice of mine.
