  Normally, my experience at this establishment is normal and no issues.
  
  We walked in tonight to have a dinner as per usual. The hostess the entire time since we walked in was staring at the computer screen the entire time, with no greeting. We waited for approximately 5 minutes with her talking to the other hostesses, and conversing with what seems to be the manager. Another group of 4 people walked in and was instantly greeted with no issues. The food here is typically good with no issues, but personally in a restaurant setting SERVICE is absolute key. We walked out, and I'll be taking my business to the other jack Astros on hunt club, as it is equal distance away from home. The hostesses should have a little lesson that customer acknowledgement is key in business, not just in the restaurant business.

  Horrible! Used to be my go to place, not any more!! The last few times the food was terrible, went last night yo give another try waited 20 minutes to get a server, she had an attitude and all she said was " no worries" sooo annoying!! My husband ordered fish and chips, the fish which is usually white was this sick dark colour , my steak was grisly and to top it off I put my veggies in my mouth and pulled out a nice long black hair!! Never going back!!

  We went with our family. The table they sat us at was broken. My mother put her drink on the table and it fell on her, soaked her pants. It took 20 minutes for a manager to come to our table to acknowledge that the table was broken and even then showed us no concern and was not appolagetic. The restaurant was empty so why did it take so long? They offered to credit us the cost of her drink and the pan bread. Really that's it!!! Waiter was amazing. Manager was awful. If it was my business I would be concerned that this is how they treat the customers.

  Been here quite a few times, food is always perfect and the servers are always smiling. It's not anything absolutely extraordinary but it's pretty close, which is definitely good for their prices.

  Was sad to see that the pizza has disappeared from the menu, as it was on of my personal favorite items.
  
  Facilities are clean, and everytime I've been here servers have been friendly and helpful. Great selection of drinks and options. Like the seasonal rotating of the menu to accommodate the seasons. Food was always fresh and tasty, and will definitely be going back.
