  The waitress brought us the wrong order and didnt offer to make us what we actually ordered. Expected us to just take what was made even after we told her about the issue. Prices are a little steep. Didn't offer compensation for her mistake. Only good this is that they have gluten free options. Food was tasty.

  Great place for breakfast. Don't be put off by the prices, the food is worth the extra $. Had the eggs Benedict and my friend had the Corn Flakes crusted French toast. Absolutely delicious. They also make excellent lattes and expresso.

  I went on a Saturday around 9:30am with one other person after reading the reviews on Google and was naturally a little hesitant after seeing the ones with bad comments about service, particularly for a younger demographic. I was very glad that I went anyway- we had excellent, courteous, and fast service. Our waitress was great, bringing us water and coffee immediately, leaving the pot and bottle on the table but also filling it up as needed, and checking on our food after she brought it. The other waitress also checked on us. The food itself was excellent and the coffee was much better than other breakfast places. The menu is not very extensive but you can tell that they take great care to have a variety of high quality options. I would always rather have quality over quantity. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint; I loved it.

  As of January 25th 2017, I've just had my second horrible experience at this restaurant. My party and I just sat there, while we watched everyone around us be served their meals --- including 3 parties that came in after us. After about 25 minutes, the waitress said she would be with us soon. We then proceeded to watch her serve bread, coffee, water and main courses to others. We left 5 minutes later.
  
  All of this, coming back from a 6 month hiatus, when we were told to come back another time, by the same rude waitress, after making reservations. My coworker, who had made reservations at the same time as me, was seated right before we were unceremoniously told to leave.
  
  Here's the positive: the food is delicious here, and no dish has ever disappointed me (I've tasted most, if not all of their lunch menu).
  
  So let me be very clear about what I intend to do about this:
  
  - I will not be visiting your establishment with my family.
  - I will not be inviting my coworkers to your establishment again.
  - I will not be recommending your establishment to anyone else.
  
  Finally, let me reiterate: the food here is delicious. Service is beyond crappy if you are a young working adult --- you are shown absolutely no value or respect.

  It was a very good place to go (I've been various times before and even came with new clients to make them discover their very good meals) until one of their waitress decided she was not going to give us any service at all for 25 minutes. But other customers that came afterwards did get all the attention! Most clients that came after us, not only got the order taken but got their meal also, even before we put our order in?? VERY BAD SERVICE!! And unfortunately, this was the 3rd time by the same lady.......I think we gave enough chances! I might go back again, but certainly not with this lady still working there or knowing she would apologies and give us a good service!! She knows who we are since we've been regular clients for the past year!! The manager knows who she is since she was the only one working that lunch time!! Hoping to get some response from the owner!!
