Staff doesn't seem interested in giving people a good experience. Coffee not 20 minutes fresh

Worst Tim Hortons I've been to. Ask for a toasted bagel with butter, it comes raw (barely cooked from the bakery) with a tiny chunk of butter on one quarter of it. They over fill your coffee and hand it to you spilling. Once you pull away it spills again. No napkins, no smile, no thank you. This place needs a management overhaul. The "supervisor" I spoke to blamed it on being rushed at the drive-thru...and that makes no sense. It wasn't busy and even if it were that means people get inferior product to rush people through? If you can avoid this place do it, there are 3 close by that actually care about customers.

Saturday May 13, 2017 visited this location from 0750 to 0757 for some breakfast before work. Was not greeted by a cashier, just was given a head nod saying it was my turn at the cash. I ordered myself a two milk two sugar and a Bacon Breakfast sandwich on a home style biscuit. I was given my coffee, but waited a long time for my breakfast sandwich. The male cashier did not try and figure out why I had been waiting for so long, so I had to speak up. The male cashier who looked as if he just woke up and did not speak a word, handed me a cold croissant breakfast sandwich. When I told the male cashier the wrong sandwich was made, the male stated I said Croissant. (which was the first words he spoke to anyone since I showed up there, even serving more costumers after me). I do not like Tim Horton Croissant, so I would never order it. I could not wait anymore as I had to head to work. I saw all the other employees were doing a good job and speaking with costumers, making sure they felt their money was going to a good franchise. This male cashier needs to take example from them.

I would like to see more professionalism from some of the staff, especially those working Sunday shifts in particular. It seems like half the time I stop in at this location there is some type of foolishness going down. The cashiers who take my order are usually good, but many of the younger staff preparing the food act like they're on their lunch break back at the local high school. Their behaviour is often juvenile, and many times their conversations are inappropriate for a public setting. This last Sunday (Jan. 22 at 1:15 pm) an employee dumped a handful of snow down the back of the young lady who was making my bagel and sandwich order. She screamed out, "Stop! Stop!" as stunned customers waiting in line watched in disbelief. Where was the supervisor? Was there even a manager on duty? It would have been nice to be in and out with my order in under ten minutes, and without my food being burned, but I think I now understand the problem.

If this place catered, I'd have all my momentous life-events there.
