  Wow... Amazing place to eat, I was raised with Italians during my teen years and I know what fresh Italian food is suppose to taste like, when I took my first bite I new that this was freshly made (there is no such thing as premade pasta or canned spaghetti sauce there). The staff and I mean everyone of them, is very welcoming, they help one another to deliver the orders or to empty the plates from your table. There is one of the owner on the floor at all time (during my visit, it was the nephew) great guy, very warm and welcoming always smiling (like everyone else there), he was busy helping around but he still find time to listen to my story. And it is not because the owner is on the floor that everyone behave, I am sure that if he wouldn't be there, it still would be the same.
  
  In Italian culture, they pride themselves to offer food to their gest and if you enjoy every little bit of it, they are very happy. So, this is what this place is about, it's like going to eat at uncle Vito on a sunny Sunday afternoon, it's like a big family reunion where everyone is welcome to enjoy fresh made food, and they are proud to share it with us.
  
  All you have to do, is sit and enjoy.
  
  At one point, my wife told me that she felt like we were millionaires due to the service they provided us. They treat you like stars, you are the person that matters for your entire visit. And it is like that for everyone that passes the door there regardless of your social level (millionaires or not).
  
  So, go say hi, they will be very happy to see you I assure you. And it will cost less than a trip to Italy ☺

  The waiting staff was excellent, however for a group of 7 on a busy evening the way for our food was just over an hour. The portions did seem a little small but the quality of the food was exceptional and very hard to find elsewhere - even at higher end so called "Italian" restaurants. The environment was a too noisy, however a waiter did turn down the music and partially close the door to the area were in, which helped. The waiting staff also did not come by very often, which can be a good thing or a thing if you want more water... Overall, really enjoyed the food but was a bit hungry still leaving.

  Orleans needed a real good italian restaurant! The food and service was impeccable. If you like fine italian dining with personable staff, you must try Cucina da Vito. I am still dreaming of their gnocchi. We ordered mussels and they ran out. We saw our waiter ( aka manager) leave the restaurant. Thinking he left...no, he went out and got mussels! Highly recommend!

  Amazing food here! We loved this place! Service was perfect. Everything about this Italian restaurant was great. On the pricy side but you get what you pay for!
