  Their bagels are slightly sweeter and smaller than other MTL style bagels like Kettleman's, The Ottawa Bagel Shop's or St-Viateur's and tend to be gooey in the middle. These differences almost deems their product worthy of being named "Orleans Style Bagels"! Unique and delicious, they're a local favorite. But as my mother in law, whom has a serious sesame allergy once pointed out, they should be more vigilant about ensuring sesame seeds don't end up on their other types of bagels.
