  I was a regular customer at this establishment, however twice I have received terrible service. This last time, I ordered take out which they said would take 30 min to prepare, great, I live 20 minutes away. I arrived 40 minutes later, I paid and then I was told to wait. After waiting for 10 minutes one of the waitress offered me water since I was waiting. I asked her how much longer I need to wait, and all she said is "I don't know." So I waited another 5 minutes when a gentleman walked in, took his food and left. At this point I'm pretty annoyed, so I asked the guy with the glasses and short hair when my food will be ready. Again, the only answer I got was "I don't know as take out takes 30-45 minutes, and they just started making it." I explained to him I ordered my food an hour ago, there should be no reason they are only making my food now. The guy was so rude, he refused to listen to me, and looked right at me and said "I'm busy." At this point I asked for my money back and left. This is extremely disappointing, as their food is amazing, however their service is disgusting. I will never be stepping foot in a Baan Thai again.

  Dropped into this restaurant during a lunch hour with my wife and 1 year old son. They had a high chair for him and despite being busy, were able to accommodate us graciously. We ordered the combination lunch special and the coconut pineapple curry was among the best I have ever had. In fact every item in that plate was flavourful and fantastic. I will definitely be going back, maybe just not at lunch as this place is deservedly popular.

  Great little restaurant. Prices are good, food is excellent. The service was fast and friendly during our lunch. We went for lunch on a Tuesday without reservations. They were not overly busy. This is a lovely hidden gem.

  We've tried 9, 13, and 47 beef. The first two dishes were a bit disappointing as they were sweeter than I have had in other places. Skimpy on the shrimp and missed the tangy lime. The place and service was great.
