  go here every morning before i go to school always fast and staff always friendly. and the owner of the place is there quite a bit actually serving costumers and is one of the nicest people i have ever met

  This Tim horton's location gives me the feeling of going to "the local coffee shop" .
  Every time I go, my food/drink is handed to me with a genuine smile and "have a nice day".
  It seems management is involved and focuses on promoting a more personal service.
  This goes a long way!

  I understand that you are trying to put ppl through fast but not toasting things properly is disgusting. And then saying out loud that you are annoyed because ppl are asking for things double toasted is not good customer service.
