  The burger I had was excellent, cooked perfectly. The interior has a Roadhouse theme, and a casual tone. Very well located on Bank Street making it both a neighborhood spot and a restaurant on the shopping street.

  Wish I lived in Ottawa just so that I can try every Burger combination on the menu.
  Delicious burgers and wonderful service.
  A shootout to Joey our waiter for providing such a super great and pleasant service to our difficult group of 12. He didn't miss a beat. Thank you!

  Great service and great food. The burger patties on their own aren't mind-blowing, so if you order something plain, you may be disappointed. The choice in toppings is what really sets this chain apart. With the right combination of toppings, you can get a really amazing meal.

  Food was as ordered and delicious. Service was a bit slow; the place had 3 waiters and less than 10 tables and the staff was far from being on point. The food is well worth the wait!

  Awesome. Can't beat this place. Wish there was a The Works in Montreal. Me and my wife have done the trip solely to eat in this place.
