  Service and food is usually good. The owner regularly works in the kitchen a long side his staff to provide a decent fast food experience to his customers.

  This is the third time I've been at this location and every time we go here its always slow and the food is never cooked right.
  
  Today we bought a burger and chicken fingers. The burger was under cooked and still raw about 2/3 of it. The chicken fingers when we bit into it was gummy and raw.
  
  We do not live close to the wendys or I'd have drive back and got a refund. I threw it all.in the trash. I know never to eat any this location or any wendys anymore. I'm done giving these places a chance 3x and you can even get it right once.
