  For Tim Horton's it is a good location, and a huge improvement over the previous tenants. The inclusion of a darker roast helps, and some of the new menu items are a big plus. At the end of the day, it is Tim Horton's.

  Went during lunchtime when it was busy. My order was not put through onto the meal assemblers' screen. After 2 customers that ordered after me were served, I spoke up. It was initially dismissed that it was further down the queue, to which I mentioned the other 2 customers. I got my food after 10+ minutes. Fine. Computer mistakes happen.
  
  I leave and begin to eat at my destination. Unbeknownst to me, the wrap I ordered was put into its sleeve upside down and its contents fell out the open "bottom" of the wrap, sticking to the interior of the sleeve, making it impossible to remove. The sauces seeped through the sleeve and dripped onto my clothing.
  
  The Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap tasted great... But I would have preferred to not wear it.

  Good indoor (although not enough) and outdoor seating. The service is quite efficient normally.

  The coffee here at this location is absolutely outstanding. Every single time I come here the coffee tastes like it was literally just poured out of the brewer straight into my cup. I unfortunately live very far from bells corners but whenever I take the boat out around shirleys, grabbing a cup of coffee from here on my way is always on my mind.

  2 lunch orders wrong...it's weird... You would say you want combo X. You're expecting a combo because he repeats it back to u. You wait and u get only a sandwich. You ask for the rest and they look at you as if you're trying to pull a fast one. Then he says I'll charge u for the potato wedges and water... I asked..wouldn't you be charging me more? He's like no..it's the same... really lol ..seems like he's trying to pull a fast one on me
  
  I was charged in total $9.84 with tax for a Chicken Chipotle combo..it's too bad that I've experienced this since I live and work nearby. I just won't come back...I think this location gets too busy...
  
  Advice... Say sorry that you didn't get it right... Surely you don't have the expectation that customers should correct your mistakes.
  
  Staff needs to communicate better... Sandwich maker did not tell cashier that wraps were still frozen... Cashier asks if I wanted it on bagel..I said sure..everything bagel please...sandwich maker comes to me and says wraps are frozen...I'll use a sandwich bun...white or whole wheat lol
  
  Don't play the blame game in front of customers....does it matter who made the mistake... Apologize and fix it together..
