    By far the worst tim hortons in ottawa. Staff don't know what's going on. I found plastic in a coffee once. Order an XL coffee on multiple occasions and it's not filled even close to the top. May as well order a large at that point.

    One of my local visits and a lot of the time the line moved really slowly even when there are 10 workers and only 2/3 customers in front of you. I often get then wrong drink which is probably due to high turnover since there are always 2/3 new trainees
