    I've been occasionally going to this Tim Hortons for over 7 years now because I work downtown. One thing I noticed is that they only hire Caucasian people. When non-Caucasian customers come in, it is quite obvious how the service towards them changes (to the worse). Next time you visit this place, just sit and watch how their employees serve the customers.
