  Finally today, I decided to go back to Thai Express. I work just across the street and due to bad customer service my previous experiences, I avoided the place. Today, I thought to give them another chance, and I thought to myself that I would just suck it up on the bad service. Well, I received burnt food for takeout. Customer service was finally improved because the regular girl cashier no longer worked there, but how could you possibly serve customer's burnt food? You can smell it as you were cooking and you can see the blackness. There's a snow storm out so I didn't bother to go back, so I had to eat this terrible food I paid for. The franchisor of Thai Express really should be aware of this place, I have heard nothing but horrible things about them. And once again, they have proved everyone right.

  Excellent service. Man who took my order at the cash actually walked around and asked everyone if their food was okay before sitting down to take a 15 minutes break. Even more so, he asked a customer who was having soup if he would like to have more broth which was a particularly nice detail. Never had someone show that level of caring in how their customers' food is being enjoyed outside of sit down restaurants.

  Below average Thai Express. Service was fast and food came quickly but at a cost. Food was bland and some ingredients (potatoes and carrots in the curry) was not heated through and cold. Luckily there was saracha sauce, limes and peanuts you can add to your food. Thai noodle soup had just a few green onions and bean sprouts. A few carrot slices would have added some colour and flavour.
