  Location lacks leadership! Arrived as dinner rush is ending and ordered right away as dining with our kid. Ordered an appetizer (perogies) that took 35min to get to table, was only told after, that the special was taking longer due to kitchen issues I told them to serve the rest of the table. Kids pizza took 45min from time of order. Two quarter chickens can out 10 mins later. My family ate, and left before I got my meal. What was going to be a family dinner, ended with me eating alone. Shame Swiss Chalet Shame!!

  Service is slow and food is just average. Nice to see new menu items once in awhile. Peri, peri chicken is just regular chicken with hot sauce instead of regular dipping sauce. Ribs are consistently disappointing although we keep hoping that it will get better. The true definition of insanity! But for all that, it is family friendly. Best value is the kid's quarter chicken.

  A solid 4 stars for consistency. Good food, good service and in a timely manner. I don't think we've ever had a bad experience there. Even the coffee was good. Tonight exceeded expectations and deserves a 5 star rating. Our server Jade was thoughtful and predicted our needs. In and out in under an hour for a family if 4 with no complaints is a big deal. Thanks.
  Hint:. Get there early to avoid the rush on weekends. We were seated immediately at 5:10pm. The line was to the door when we left at 6:00pm.

  Busy Saturday night. My family ordered 2 Quarter chicken meal deals (2 for $14.99). Waitress was polite and checked on the table regularly. Orders took long to be ready and there were some mistakes with the served orders (my guess was kitchen had trouble keeping up and was rushing). However, corrections were make quickly, e.g. mashed potatoes were served instead of fries. They provided a generous plate of fries. Kids meal portions were generous. Toilets were clean even at that busy time.

  Had to wait 5 minutes before being noticed upon arrival. Good chicken and ribs; however I would not recommend the roast beef. Only served well done and appeared to be microwaved. Great service by Jordan however!
