  We had a Christmas Eve dinner here one year, it was so bad we almost made a tradition out of it. It took half an our to get a glass of milk for our two year old. Our two year old actually yelled at the waitress to get her milk. We were probably there for 3 full hours. Most of that time was waiting for our food. The place was empty. I guess they were understaffed and were busy with the call in orders. So we were left to starve. We should have left, but it was so ridiculous we needed to see it through

  This Swiss chalet has been driving away costumers for years and has been poorly managed by 3 incompetent managers for years. Servers are the worst because they give attitude and are inattentive to the costumers orders. I wish a health inspector would go to this Swiss Chalet and have the restaurant shut down.

  Solid chicken. Amazing chicken noodle soup. Awesome perogies. Great chicken spring rolls. Service is decent. Not the best I get the feeling swiss chalet is typically under staffed.

  This is the slowest Swiss chalet in the world. We were the only ones at the door waiting for 20 minutes for a table. After we were finally seated and placed our order it's been almost a full hour waiting for our meal to arrive. This is the worst Swiss chalet experience yet.

  In this neck of the woods, you're either a Swiss Chalet or a St. Hubert's person. I am in a Swiss Chalet gang. So when I go to one i expect a specific experience, decor, service and food. This location fits the bill perfectly. It tends to be fast and efficient although for some reason when I order online and pickup from there, there always seems to be something not right with the order, so he k your bag if you do. I happened to meet one of the owners one time and he seemed very nice and appreciative of the business.
