  I don't like writing negative reviews but I tried speaking with manager and apparently there isn't one. I took my parents here for their very first sushi experience. Both my parents have mobility devices - wheelchair and walker. Staff seated us right away ahead of other people waiting which was very uncomfortable for all of us including my 14 year old son. However, we apologized to the other people waiting and were still excited to have dinner. We ordered a variety to start and then we started receiving items that we definitely didn't order. The server didn't believe us at first and left them on the table she did return about 10 minutes later to apologize that we didn't order it picked up the dish and set it on the table behind ours. In the meantime only 2 of the 5 things we ordered managed to make it to our table. 2.5 hours later we had reordered some items 3 times that we hadn't received finally we gave up and left hungry. Of the 15-20 things we had ordered we received 10. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one but the cashier could offer me a discount. Of my $106.75 bill I was given a $8.78 discount. I used to go to this restaurant 1-2 times a month but I will not return again.

  Went for lunch. All you can eat for $16.95. Everything I had was very good, service was good and staff were pleasant!

  Went for lunch here for first time. Food and service was amazing! Food came in less than 5 minutes. Fish tasted very fresh. Good to know there is a good sushi restaurant in Orleans that offers a lunch special. I recommend this place.

  Moving back from Toronto, the sushi quality in Ottawa was expected to be well below what my husband and I are used to. This place was HORRIBLE!! I'm not one to write reviews, or complain little to at all about my food, but this place was so bad, I just had to. Fried 'crunch' rolls that were soggy,& so big you'd have to have a shark size mouth to eat them. A sushi pizza that we actually laughed at, as it was sad little strips of crab on a bed of fried rice (generally sushi pizza has some veggies and garish on top), everything seemed as if it was sitting forever before coming to us, rather than served right away. Some stuff was too much to stomach, so we left it. They argued with us to charge us for not eating it... apparently here even for 1-2 pieces they charge you (states the ignorant waitress who speaks shorty English). SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE!
  
  We tried one other place (Sushi 168) by St.Laurent that was FANTASTIC, and easily up to par with the good sushi in TO.

  Great selection. Service started efficiently but was lacking in the end. Our server disappeared so we had to pay the bill at the front. Still, everything ordered came to the table and it was all delicious so I rate 4 stars as it's a sushi place and they did that part well.
