  I tried a bowl of ramen from their sushi counter, separate from the main Thai counter. None of it was made fresh, the girl making it didn't wash her hands first or put on gloves, and I have had severe gut cramps for about a week now. I would recommend getting a 50cent pack of instant ramen over coming here. In addition, I had to wait at the order counter for the two staff members, who were chatting and relaxing at the bar style seats, to notice me, and even when she did, she didn't get up to serve me right away. I was really disappointed. I don't know if it's the same at the Thai Express counter, but after this experience I will not be risking it.

  Ordered the chicken miso ramen and the maguro nigiri. The ramen was served slightly above lukewarm, the noodles were undercooked, with the chicken and egg refrigerator cold. That aside, the broth was bland and what flavor it had wasn't very good. I did however enjoy the sushi but the service was rather slow despite the fact I was the only one in the store.

  I arrived at the cash, and waited at lest ten minutes for the two ladies on their phones to acknowledge me. I placed my order, which I regularly order from other locations. While I was waiting the 45 minutes for a two roll order, I noticed that the chef was looking at the menu for the ingredients for one of my rolls. She then decided to fling it back and forth wrapped in seram wrap? This is when I realized she may not know how to make it. I was called up to pick up my order, and when I went to pick it up, they had already packaged it to go. The cashier also insisted on charging me for my sauce, although it is regularly part of the sushi order. I then opened the package to verify my order and noticed that she had completely missed the ingredients of my sushi order for one of the rolls. I went up to explain that it was not right and they gave no apology, but instead asked me to "pick something else." Then one of the employees said, she would do it because she knew how, although I questioned this because she had watched her colleague the first time around. I decided to return my full order and they did not apologize or try to acknowledge the whole situation. Needless to say, I will never go back there!
