  Third time I try to order online over several weeks, third fail. Works everywhere else I try, not for that location. I have never been impressed with that location, and for some reason today, it was even more chaotic than usual. Staff were coming in the line to take people's orders (the line I wanted to avoid by trying to order online, in vain). It was as if none of them knew what they were doing. I asked for a drink, was told they were out. I asked for another, ok it's a go. About 10 minutes after I ordered while in line, it was my turn to pay. I stated what I ordered. "We're all out, have been out for hours." I said: I ordered this in line about 10 minutes ago. Why did the staff not tell me this, and what have the barristas been doing with my order all this time? "I don't know, we're all out." Again: it was 10 minutes ago, what have the barristas done with my order? "I don't know." No thought about finding out, nothing. No thought about compensating me for the time wasted, zero notion of customer service. I just left. Wasted a total of 20 minutes and left with nothing. Avoid that location, I know I will. Starbucks are predictable and have service standards; just not this one.

  I was in the drive-through and told a girl I want a venti iced coffee. Unfortunately she did not only get what I said but also didn't ask me again what I want or the size. She was in some kind of silence mode.I was really annoyed about that. In the end she only served me a grande iced coffee. For Starbucks , it's a shame.

  It's always crowded, loud, and a line up in here. And it's always hot. The patio tables are rarely cleaned and not all have shade. There is no bike rack either. We do enjoy the cake pops though.
