  Not the absolute best chicken shawarma I have had but the chicken is moist, tender, and crispy. Definitely get the chicken shawarma sandwich. They are kind of small so I would need at least 2 of them. Maybe even a side as well. The plates have a ton of food that would even be a little much for me. Great value. Definitely a lunch spot to visit when in Ottawa.

  If anyone asks me where they should get Shawarma in Ottawa, this is the first place I recommend!
  
  During heavy hours there's quite a line up, but the staff are very quick and efficient in getting your orders ready. I think the longest I've waited in line was under 5 minutes.
  
  The dining area is very large, accommodates large or small groups with a small patio for warmer months.
  
  Just a note, the staff clear the plates off the table after your meal as they're made of glass and they want to prevent any hazards. So don't worry about it.
  
  Highly recommend this place, and if you like spicy garlic, they have that too.

  Amazing food, by far best value For your money and its mainly healthy options! Ease it on the garlic though it might stay with you till the next day! Chew some fresh parsley or mint and it'll help supress it!

  Best Shawarma in Ottawa, no debate. Bayshore location, I have found to be the best food and best service. Bank street has good food, but it is so busy that the service suffers at times, depending on the server you get (I have waited over 30 minutes before). There are a couple extremely efficient and friendly employees that have great attention to detail. There is one guy there that is absolutely miserable, and a dreadful server, I'm not sure why they keep him around- his preparation quality and attention is very poor, he tends to touch the food a lot more with his hands and his attitude needs a major adjustment... if you get the misfortune of encountering him your first time, do not take this as an indication of what the company is like as a whole. Try the chicken platter.

  Very Nice Establishment! Fancy with a Modern contemporary furnishing! Due to high volume it can get very crowded in peak hours. It is located quite far out and is difficult to get into and park. Also I would prefer if they cleaned the place more often. Other than that, service in impeccable and food is delicious as always!
