  Chill. I go here many afternoons for lunch to reflect, study and the staff greet you with a smile, I've watched them with other customers too and know this to be consistent. My favourite london fog is usually(maybe once one of the ingredients was somewhat unbalanced) excellently made. Afternoon time is a packed time, late lunches or evening might be better if you're looking for space and/or less people/distraction. That said most people don't mind sharing spaces. Wifi freely available and decent speed. Place is kept clean, although when it's packed I suspect the staff would have a hard time reaching all the corner tables(while still serving) because of the cosy nature. A couple of the tables should be replaced though; unbalanced or held up by papers. Some single couches next to the fireplace adds a nice touch. All around a pleasant experience.

  I am a regular at this Second Cup location. The staff is friendly and extremely personable. They are laid back and do their job exceedingly well. I often see the owners there during the week which I believe is a mark of individuals who care about their business.
  
  It is busy during the week but there are usually enough table to accommodate. Coffee is great and there is never an issue with the availability of their wifi, it's pretty fast too!

  Great place for coffee. Very friendly staff. However the cleanliness has been getting forgotten lately. Floors are dirty and furniture is way past it's end date. Time for some serious Spring cleaning!!
