  Very polite server. My wife had the special and wanted to ask how they prepared the spinach it was so tasty. I had the bun, and could barely finish it there was so much. Good food, good value.

  My girlfriend and I love Vietnamese food.
  We usually go do Bien Pho on Orleans blvd (which is far from traditional Vietnamese food but we're in Orleans and it is serviceable)
  We decided to check out Saigon Pho as it is close and we were in the plaza.
  Take my advice as someone who works with food and do NOT eat here.
  The Beef in my Pho was beyond fresh.
  The complimentary plate of basil and limes were brown and wilted
  The tea tasted like bath water.
  The spring rolls were full of near expired pork.
  The hot sauce was literally watered down Sriracha.
  I'm giving 2 stars only because the server was really nice.
  Though, he might have been laughing at us for consuming this rotten food.
  Go to bien pho
  It is still "fast food" Vietnamese but at least the ingredients are fresh.
  I mean, my beef was grey.

  This was probably the worst take-out I ever bought! We ended up tossing EVERYTHING! It was simply gross! Our regular and delicious place was closed for a week and we decided to try another place. Their General Tao was super soggy, tasted like cheap Chinese chicken balls with red sauce, same artificial red color, for 15$. the Tom Yum soup had canned button mushroom and tasted like perfume, not authentic at all. The Vietnamese sweet and sour soup was basically chow mien with chicken broth and a tbsp of lemon, with chunks of canned pineapple! The beef pho soup was ok but the small amount of beef was ridiculous! If you want great Vietnamese, head to Truc Pho Lien! Now that is tasty, rich food with service so personal, they feel like family!

  The food tasted great however the service was a different story. Water was never re filled nor were we checked up on at any point. Staff were on cell phones and sitting in an empty booth disregarding. No interest in speaking with us. Ordered the pho with shrimp and chicken. The soup had 2 tiny shrimp in it. Eventually I went up to the counter, as we had no service... asked them why i only had 2 shrimp in my soup? They told me that's all I get and if I wanted more I had to order it or order a different item... What's the point of a big bowl of soup and 2 tiny shrimp!? Won't be back.
