  The food was alright, albeit a bit dry. The service was abysmal though. Only a couple other people in there, but it took well over ten minutes just to get drinks. Pretty sure our waitress forgot about us, had to hunt her down just to get out of there. Never saw an employee after we got our food. Plenty of better pubs on Bank Street, will be going elsewhere next time

  As pubs go, and I've seen many, this place is what I expect. Good service, friendly people, great food, music, atmophere etc. That's why whenever I visit Ottawa, I head to the 'Oak on Bank.

  Try the Stanley park windstorm beer. Great summer beer to accompany their great fish and chips platter.
