  Terrible experience at this Popeyes. For some reason the chicken is pink inside and does not look appetizing or safe at all. The manager claims that it is the same at all the Popeyes. We asked for our money back and went to another Popeyes about 15 mins away and had a great meal without pink undercooked chicken.

  Tried it in a pinch while in a hungry with the family on the weekend. Food was actually pretty good considering it's fast food/fried chicken and shrimp. Staff are completely useless and you had to push to get things that are included in the combo/package.

  While waiting in line, I overheard a conversation at the front cash between an older male manager and a younger female employee. I tried not to focus on what was being said as it wasn't my business, however I overheard he manager completely belittling this girl, telling her she needs a doctor's note (which I guess I understand) at this point I had seated close by so I could still listen.. (ye ye I know, none of my business)...but it kinda disturbed me...first off 1. They have an office downstairs for a reason, if you have anything you need to discus with an employee that may put them to even the slightest amount of shame, it is to be done behind closed doors. If you can't bring her being the counter and into the work area because she is "too sick", then your doctors note is therefore obsolete. I was very disturbed when I heard the manager tell the young woman that she had an attitude problem when I had not heard her voice raise any higher than his had the whole time. (Did I mention this girl wasn't even in uniform?) I was even more disturbed when I watch the clearly sick young woman walk out the door and to the bus stop sobbing and crying...I approached her later on asking if she was alright and she was still crying....I didn't mention that I had heard everything. I didn't intervene. I just simply carried on however this is really bothering me now...because that manager needs representation for treating their employees as such...I know for a fact the employees will not say anything. I would rather just go to head office or call in to try and see who is above this manager "Solomon"...that guy had an attitude problem if I've ever seen one.

  I didn't have high expectations seeing the reviews...
  Our first experience of Popeye's was actually great! Though the staff wasn't the cheeriest, they were nice and most employees were bearing smiles!
  The food was, considering it's fast food, divine! Just enough spice and enough sweet to please about everyone and the biscuits: they just made me super happy! I've rarely said that about food. They wrapped up the meal so well, thanks!

  My first experience which was when 2 weeks later when they first opened in this location was amazing,fresh fried chicken and the pieces were HUGE and FRESH.I went here 5 times in total,but I can tell that the chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller and now if you order 3 pieces of chicken and 2 platters,you'll get one piece that I used to get at the beginning of their opening and 2 small pieces that will be same or even less than the big piece,nor it was fresh.Not only the chicken,amount of platters got smaller too.When you get 2 platters and 3 pieces of chicken,you'll used to get 2 big boxes of it,now you'll get 1 big box and 1 small box that is half smaller than the bigger one..Also the food isn't full inside the box either.
