  I've been coming here for years but a recent experience was very disappointing and insulting. I ordered food to go as I have done often. The staff were very polite. My food order was awful. All the food seemed to be prepared by someone who didn't know what they were doing! If they had a staffing problem in the kitchen they should have politely declined to serve me or anyone at all. I emailed Oh Basil and called but no one ever responded to me. I will never go back and I have told all my friends of my bad experience. Shame on you Oh Basil. I really like you’re restaurant and food but you ripped me off and didn't apologize or make amends when presented with the opportunity. I had to give you one star in order to post this but I wish I could have given you zero!
