  Bigger and brighter than the other Bells Corners supermarkets. Although their specials are often very good, their regular prices tend to be a bit higher than the others. A lot of space is dedicated to non-food items so the selection is on a par with Metro despite Loblaws' larger size. President's Choice, Blue Menu, Ziggy's, and No Name products make the occasional trip to Loblaws well worthwhile.

  The person that stocked the olive oil, in the natural foods section, put olive oil that wasn't on sale behind olive oil that was on sale in the same row. When people bought all of the olive oil that was on sale the brand that wasn't on sale was visible and in the row that was marked with the sale. I purchased the olive oil and when I realized there was a mistake I went to customer service. That's when an older employee named Michele laughed at me with a bad attitude for thinking that such an expensive brand of olive oil would be on sale for so low. When i explained that it was an honest mistake and showed her the way the shelves were stocked she still didn't calm down. She was very rude to me so i told her not to talk to me but to talk to whoever stocked the shelves because it wasn't my fault. She acted very frustrated because she had to do a return on an item that she "would have understood me buying if it wasn't a completely different brand than the one that was on sale". I apologize to everyone I may have hurt for not reading the tiny label that was obscured by a sale price sign, will loblaws ever forgive me? Oh yeah and another time I had to ask about a product in the natural food section that didn't even have a price on it and the woman working the floor in the pharmacy looked at me like I was an idiot and said "ugh that's not even my department". If you don't like dealing with people then don't get a job where you have to deal with people. It's quite simple. Anyways, I'm off to the metro, that's less than a KM away from the loblaws on robertson, where people actually act like adults and treat their customers with respect even if they make a silly mistake. You know, because customers are human.

  A loblaws that is the perfect size. More comparable to a Metro. You can quickly run in and grab items for a meal. But the downside is fresh produce can be limited, so if you are counting a unique fresh herb for your dish you are at risk
