  The most unprofessional and stingy restaurant in Ottawa. The staff are always rude and unwelcoming. Very pricey for what you get, never going again i rather go a few blocks further for real gourmet shawarma like Shawarma Palace.

  The only reason this restaurant is still open and running is not because there food is delicious but because it is the only shawarma restaurant in the area, people don't like to go far so they have no other choice other then Libnan Bakery. The staff are absolutely rude and disrespectful with no knowledge of respect. Expect to get attitude here and wait a long time to order. Also if you ask for any extra of vegetables they will get grumpy mad and aggressive, they are very cheap i don't recommend anyone to eat here.

  I took the time to call in advance to pick up an order...a simple order, a small chicken shawarma sandwich, no hot peppers, no onions. Because I only have a half hour lunch break, I called before I left work, hoping it would be ready when I arrived...which I have done with many restaurants in the past. I arrived at Libnan and was greeted in a very rude and uninviting way. I told him I was picking up and order and then progressed to taking the pita out of the bag and repeating my order. I asked..."it's not ready yet? I called in advance for pick-up" and the response I got was "it'll take one second ma'am!" I then proceeded to walk out of the restaurant a very unhappy customer. Customers come first, always.
