  Noodles are amazing but the service sucks. The servers are young and you can tell they are unexperienced. They are clumsy and cleaning is not their strong suit. Now keep in mind I came here when the place was pack so they may have been understaffed.
  
  You can can tell it's all about the money, they are trying to make a profit by putting the bare minimal meat in their dishes and it's too bad because the food very flavourful. This place has a lot of potential if they can improve in those areas.

  I used to be really impressed with this restaurant the first few months it was open, but I think it has gone downhill especially after the novelty of the fresh noodles has worn off and you really notice the poor management and service.
  
  The owner or manager (not sure) needs to work on his timing on when to come over to the customers and how to talk to customers. For example, there was a moment when we were looking at the menus and he came over and stared over our shoulders in silence for a bit before asking what did we think we were going to order. I think he could contribute more to the team as service was quite slow. Slow to be able to order and long wait to pay, mostly.
  
  Food was still good when I went in May 2017, but not as good as earlier in the year.

  I wanted desperately to give this place 5 stars. The food was spectacular. The venue was nice. But the service was just ok. Our waitress did not come to our table for the last 30 minutes of our stay to refill waters or ask us if we wanted our bill. With improved service this place would be gold. Still would go again for the food though :)

  Criteria I am using:
  
  Food quality - 3.5 out of five because they got my order incorrect but they were willing to remake my order.
  
  Food presentation - 3.5 nothing spectacular
  
  Services:
  - Greeting - 3 - kind of slow and not very friendly
  - Wait time - 2 - wait time was horrible, it wasn't even that busy at 7:45pm at night.
  - some of the staff needs to be trained on customer service
  - Had to ask for basic services like drinks and spoons.
  
  Decor - 4 very nice but bench seating is a bit tight
  
  Atmosphere - 4 relaxed not too loud music - jazz background.
  
  Cleanliness - 4
  
  - Tables/floors/chairs weren't sticky
  - Bathrooms​ were clean
  - Condiments were not so clean
  
  Other than the not so great customer service, it was a good experience. I will be back for the food!

  We were there on March 4, 2017. We were expecting Thi Fusion as we had been there many times before but found that it was now La Noodle.
  
  The food was fresh, flavourful and the portions were large. We felt there was good value for our money.
  
  We all got larges and only my husband was able to finish his. We took mine and our son's home and enjoyed them for dinner the next day.
  
  Service was excellent. Our server took the time to explain the menu to us and to make recommendations.
  
  We will most definitely be back.
