  We picked up a bucket of chicken at the Kanata Ontario location. When we got home, we realized the chicken reeked of cigarettes. The smell was unmistakable. My wife returned the bucket and the assistant manager on duty agreed that the chicken smelled like cigarettes. He said he'd hold it aside so that the manager could smell it himself tomorrow. No apology, no offer of a refund, he just handed her a new bucket of chicken. The new bucket smelled like cigarettes too. We tossed it in the trash. Either there was something wrong with the oil, or their employees are smoking in the kitchen.

  Really fast service. Kid was quick! KFC is better cold. Fries suck. Tasty chicken.

  Great place for fast food. Good chicken. Taco Bell is an added bonus especially if you are a vegetarian. Usually fast service here except for major events.
