  Extensive menu. Rib steak done correctly but not much taste. Great vegetable medley. Not a fan of the French fries' taste but they looked good. Vanilla caramel crunch cake so-so. Service was very good. No guest wifi. Plenty of Parking nearby. Fairly noisy once 2 large parties showed up. Spartan decor. Nice view of BBQ store (no window coverings). Should be better after a month (only open two weeks).

  Gentlemen: This is the place you need to take the wife when you're in trouble. The service is exceptional and well schooled in proper etiquette... and it's one of the few places in Ottawa not blasting horrible music! The atmosphere is quiet, calm and enjoyable. You can talk to you date rather than yelling at her. This is my new favorite place in ottawa simply because I'm not shouting through my meal... but the food and service is excellent as well and the price--more than reasonable!

  Discovered Issacs yesterday, and am I ever glad I did! I had one of the specials...lemon chicken with grilled vegetables. The food was amazing. The vegetables were grilled perfectly, and the broccoli was tender and green, but not overcooked. The portion was satisfying (more than I usually eat, but I wanted to eat it all as it was so good!) Everything was served HOT on a heated plate, so stayed that way while I ate. The presentation was beautiful. My friend and I wanted to chat, and the music was at the right volume for ambience without being intrusive. I will definitely go back!

  The service was wonderful and the portion of food is unreal! Everything is prepared so fresh so we didn't mind the slight wait for our meal. Will certainly be back!
