  Ordered food last night from here and was hugely disappointed. First, they placed a cup of sauce in the bottom of the bag and then proceeded to crush it with other items, causing a huge sauce covered mess all over my $70 worth of food. Secondly, the food was luke warm at best. It seemed like they had just heated up old leftover food from earlier in the day, nothing tasted fresh. All the food was also extremely oil, and the chow mein noodles were so poorly cooked that they stuck together in clumps. The sweet and sour sauce tasted off...something about it wasn't quite right. I wouldn't order from here again.

  Normally love the food. But this time we didn't even get to have it. Delivery estimate was one hour, we waited 1hr15 minutes. My wife called and they told us it would be 15-20 minutes still. It has now been over 2 hours and it seems like the restaurant is closed. Very disappointed.
  Update: the food arrived 2.5 hrs after order. My wife refused to pay for the full order. The delivery driver took what was given to him and left. After about 40minutes the driver came back to the door with the guy who answers the phone. Demanding payment or the food back. When questioned why they would want the food back they said they could mix it back into orders. Waiting to hear from management in the coming days.

  I order $90 of food I specifically ask for hot sauce and they DID NOT SEND IT I CALLED THEM AND THE LADY SAID 30 MINUTES so they can bring me a tiny little thing of sauce never again will I order from this place ....learn how to read orders! !!!!!

  Because of some of the negative on-line reviews, I haven't ordered from them for awhile now. But the last takeout restaurant's food I tried was awful so I thought I'd try Hong Kong again thinking it couldn't be worse .
  Wow! Not only was my food fabulous, but it filled with fresh ingredients and the service was fast!!
  Old fans of this restaurant should give them another chance. And new people give them a try.
  Last word, YUM:)
