  Been here atleast 20 times. The coffee is great and the atmosphere is nice but unfortunately the customer service is SO awful that it's enough to not make me ever go back. The staff is so flustered and lost all the time. There has yet to be an occasion that my order has been correct. They need to get their act together quite honestly. I've been given the wrong drink or missing things on my sandwich numerous times which is unfortunate because the food would not be bad otherwise. Orders are confusing and complicated by asking what bread or cheese you want or whether you want salt and pepper. Staff is very loud and unprofessional when customers are present. Won't be returning.

  I'm a fan of the decor as it is modern and there is a lot of seating. The staff seem to be nice and the menu options are pretty great for a cafe. The food was pretty good and I got to select my sandwich toppings!

  I find the value at Grounds to be excellent. Getting a good Equator coffee with a delicious sandwich is less money than I would expect to pay at Starbucks.
